I created the Surface Generator application originally for DOS, then ported it to Windows with Visual Basic. The application reads data from an external file and plots a 3 dimensional surface according to user specified parameters. The program will also plot a suface from a previously generated mesh file. Once on the screen, the surface can be viewed from any position. The surface can be also animated through user specified tilt and rotation angles.
